- The participant registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, welcome reception, conference dinner, lunches, coffee breaks and conference material.
- For each participant registration, two accepted papers can be presented and included in the proceedings. If a third paper is to be presented, an additional fee of € 100 has to be remitted for that paper.
- The accompanying person registration fee covers the welcome reception and conference dinner. An accompanying person cannot register independently and can only be added to a participant registration.
